- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field required

About the Job:
As an Associate Workflow Consultant, you will be ensuring the success of clients as they transition away from their onboarding project with Unlimited to standard support. In addition to providing transitional, close-in support, this team receives and responds to one off client training requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts from a book of business, consisting of our nation-wide client base
- Serve as main point of contact for clients post project as they acclimate to their new workflows and standard support
- Leading standing calls with clients to report on high priority support cases, lead training, and answer client questions/concerns
- Lead remote workflow assessments and follow action items through to completion
- Contribute to buildout of learning management platform (Litmos), including recording and updating training videos
- Coordinating ongoing communication of solutions and software enhancements to your client base
- Identifying high priority issues and having the ability to respond with a standardized escalation process
- Leverage financial KPI data analysis to guide best practice coaching to customers
- Responding to high priority client demands by digging into client environment to better understand the issue and utilizing internal resources to understand options for resolution.
